We accept various types of file formats including Microsoft Office files. However, we strongly encourage our customers to submit Adobe Acrobat PDF files because they allow us unsurpassed results in producing our customers' projects. If you have questions regarding the proper settings used to make PDF files, our staff can help. Other technical issues such as RGB, CMYK and spot color conversion are issues we deal with daily.
